Seamlessly merging hits from rock and oldies to Americana and country, the genre smashing, vocal/instrumental trio, TAKE3, lives at the intersection where art and pop culture collide. Described by audience goers as a mini–Trans Siberian Orchestra experience, TAKE3 is nothing short of exhilarating and has electrified audiences at hundreds of venues and performing arts centers throughout the U.S.

Fancy Malagg'aayaq Workshop

Join Grace David for a hands-on fox malagg’aayaq workshop. Participants will learn how to hand sew using *silver fox and suede.

All skill levels including beginners are welcome!

*We have two beaver pelts available for participants that do not want to use silver fox.

The Steel Salmon & Raven Dinner Auction

All are invited! Come join community members, friends and local artists for a night of art and fun at the Cultural Center. Enjoy a delicious dinner and be a part a live auction for steel salmon or ravens hand-crafted by some of Bethel’s premier artists. 

Doors open at 5:45 pm, dinner starts at 6:00 pm, and the live art auction begins at 7:00 pm. Dinner will be made by Tiffany Tony of Ravenous Enterprises. Beer and wine will be available for purchase by the glass. Please bring your ID. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Nasqerrun Sewing Workshop

Join Nikki Corbett of Sew Yup'ik for a hands-on workshop. Participants will learn to design and sew Nasqerrun, traditional Yup’ik headdresses, while exploring their cultural roots. Some prior sewing experience in required.

This class offered by the Alaska Native Heritage Center, under the Eglertuq Grant Program, in partnership with SWAAG.
